Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, a locally owned private practice with Missouri locations, is hiring a full-time therapist to manage a 25-hour client caseload weekly. The role focuses on autonomous practice supported by credentialing, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing handled by the group.

You'll provide evidence-based therapy, maintain documentation per policy, and collaborate with a supportive team. Flexible scheduling and a rent-free, office environment are offered to enable focus on client

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field with active progress toward licensure
• Clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing and mental health documentation
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
• Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Proficiency with standard office technology and EHR systems
• Training or certification in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or Sand Tray Therapy is a plus

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation per company policy
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team

This Role

This is a full-time position requiring a caseload of 25 client hours per week- because we believe therapy was never intended to be a 40 hr work week.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team
• Bring creativity to your interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
• Submit individual session documentation per company guidelines

What You’ll Need

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with active progress toward licensure
• A clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation (preferred)
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
• Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficiency with standard office technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Training or certification in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or Sand Tray Therapy is a plus, but not required.
