Ellie Mental Health in Missouri is seeking a full-time licensed therapist to join our private practice. You’ll maintain a 25 client-hour weekly caseload and benefit from a model that handles client inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing so you can focus on care and autonomy.

Formación

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Active clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing, and mental health documentation (preferred).
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

This Role

This is a full-time position requiring a caseload of 25 client hours per week- because we believe therapy was never intended to be a 40 hr work week.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with active progress toward licensure
• A clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation (preferred)
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
• Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficiency with standard office technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Training or certification in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or Sand Tray Therapy is a plus, but not required.
