InstaSwim is seeking professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and the company provides the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim is a national mobile swim lesson company that values safety, personalized instruction, and reliable, high-quality experiences for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
