Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes & community pools, all within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, and you get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Able to clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
