OrthoIndy Northwest in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Private Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to assist a Board-Certified PM&R physician across Northwest Indianapolis, Brownsburg and Lafayette locations. The PA/NP will be trained to evaluate spine pathology, manage non-narcotic medications, and order/read EMGs, X-rays, CTs and MRIs.

The role leads toward independent practice within supervised protocols, collaborating with therapists and surgeons as needed, with a Monday–Friday clinic schedule

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Certification: NCCPA or AANP required.
• Indiana PA Committee or Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana certification required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred; no prior experience required.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement patient care with verbal or standing orders under supervision.
• Order radiologic and laboratory tests; read results with physician oversight.
• Assess patient history, exams, and imaging findings to guide care.
• Documentation in EMR and coordinate referrals with the team.
• Counsel patients and families; provide teaching plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for referrals and care plans.

Formazione

Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Master's Degree
