Job summary

COREcruitment is recruiting a General Manager for a private members dining club in Boston, MA. The role drives pre-opening and ongoing operations, setting service standards and shaping a culture of exceptional member experiences.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across front-of-house, hospitality, wine, bar, concierge, reservations and events, with an emphasis on guest engagement and discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in private members clubs, dining clubs, luxury restaurants or high-end hospitality.
• Strong leadership in luxury service and guest engagement.
• Experience with pre-opening operations and establishing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and launch of the private members dining club.
• Establish service standards and hospitality excellence.
• Build long-term member relationships and guest experiences.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing hospitality team.
• Oversee operations, budgets, labor costs and scheduling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on events and member programming.
• Ensure discretion, professionalism and a strong club identity.
