Job summary

Neuberger is building a high-performance Secondary Data Strategy to strengthen data quality, analytical insight, and scalable reporting across its private markets secondaries platform.

The Private Markets Secondary Data Associate role is an onshore, junior position focused on executing deal-economics structuring, pricing, underwriting data population, and GP/fund name normalization to support investment workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in data capture or investment data management.
• Strong data structuring capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with financial or deal-related data and structured sources.
• Ability to manage high-volume data capture with quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Capture, structure, and maintain deal-economics and underwriting data.
• Populate pricing and underwriting datasets accurately for analysis and reporting.
• Normalize GP, fund, and related entity naming conventions.
• Review source materials and extract relevant financial data with accuracy.
• Coordinate with offshore counterpart to ensure data quality and standards.
• Support updates of structured data repositories used by stakeholders.
• Escalate data quality issues and help improve standard operating procedures.
• Identify repeatable data capture patterns to improve workflows.
