Neuberger is building a high-performance Secondary Data Strategy to enhance data quality, analytics, and scalable reporting across its private markets secondaries platform. The Vice President will own analytics, AI, automation, and client-data product layers, guiding the intelligence layer and advancing data extraction and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of analytics, data products, or BI experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML for unstructured data extraction and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and data product agenda for Secondary Data Strategy.
• Design and enhance intelligence layer for secondary investment data.
• Drive AI-enabled data extraction and automation initiatives.
• Oversee client and RFP datasets; ensure data is decision-useful.
• Partner with investment, product, technology, and operations teams.
