  • Normalize GP, fund, and related entity naming conventions to improve consistency across internal systems and outputs.

  • Review source materials and extract relevant financial and deal data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Partner with the offshore counterpart to coordinate execution, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain agreed standards for data quality.

  • Support ongoing updates and maintenance of structured data repositories used by investment and business stakeholders.

  • Escalate exceptions, ambiguous cases, and data quality issues appropriately while helping improve standard operating procedures.

  • Contribute to process efficiency by identifying repeatable data capture patterns and opportunities for structured workflow improvements.

Experience & Skills Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined, execution‑oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CapIQ, PitchBook, Preqin, and Bloomberg.
