Job summary

Neuberger Berman seeks an Analytics, Data Products & AI Lead in New York to own the analytics, AI, automation, and client-data-product layer of the Secondary Data Strategy. You will drive the intelligence layer supporting reporting and data extraction for private markets secondaries.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years in analytics, data products, or data strategy.
• Experience applying AI/ML to unstructured data and documents.
• Ability to design AI-enabled data pipelines with governance.
• Knowledge of private markets data structures and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and data product agenda for the Secondary Data Strategy.
• Design and enhance the intelligence layer for standardized reporting and outputs.
• Drive AI- and automation-enabled data extraction initiatives for efficiency.
• Oversee client and RFP datasets plus data governance and quality controls.
• Partner with investment, product, tech, data management and operations.
