Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate, Private Markets Product to lead development and launch of private markets solutions for financial advisors, high-net-worth individuals, and retail platforms.

You will drive the full product lifecycle from idea generation to implementation readiness, partnering with Investment Teams, Distribution, Legal, and Compliance to ensure scalable offerings aligned with firm priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications (CAIA/CFA) a plus.
• Experience in product strategy, development, or management within asset management or financial services is essential.
• Familiarity with private markets asset classes (e.g., interval funds, BDCs, private placements) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support private markets product initiatives, focusing on wealth management distribution.
• Develop concept evaluations linking long-term investment merit to strategic goals and client demand.
• Collaborate with investment, distribution, legal, and compliance teams to ensure market relevance and scalability.
