Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Associate, Private Markets Product to drive development and launch of private markets solutions for financial advisors, high-net-worth clients, and retail platforms.

You will manage the full product lifecycle from idea generation to market readiness, partnering with Investment Teams, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership to ensure concepts are scalable and aligned with firm priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy, development, or management in asset management or financial services.
• Familiarity with private markets asset classes (e.g., interval funds, BDCs, private placements).
• Experience supporting large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support product initiatives across private markets with wealth management distribution focus.
• Develop concept evaluations demonstrating long-term investment merit and alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with investment, distribution, and legal teams to ensure market relevance and scalability.
