Job summary

VanEck is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Private Markets to drive launches from concept to go-live. You will coordinate across legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and technology to move complex fund structures forward while balancing strategic product thinking.

The role requires fluency in traditional registered asset management and private markets mechanics, including drawdowns, evergreen, and interval funds. A strong coordination background and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of investment fund structures, including creation, regulation, distribution, and administration.
• Experience with private markets fund mechanics: drawdowns, evergreen, and interval structures.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder workstreams with strict timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for leadership, partners, and regulators.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate in two worlds: registered funds and private markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of private fund launches from scoping to live distribution.
• Maintain product roadmaps and launch timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Draft requirements with legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
• Coordinate with transfer agents, custodians, fund admins, and servicing platforms.
• Identify blockers and propose practical solutions beyond surfacing issues.
