Invesco is seeking a Senior Associate for the Private Markets Product - Real Estate team in New York. You will help bring private real estate equity and credit strategies to market, working with Client Portfolio Managers, Investment Teams, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to produce high-quality fundraising and investor materials.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, due diligence, and ongoing product updates, with a focus on institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of private real estate equity and/or credit investments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives for private real estate strategies across institutional channels.
• Maintain offering documents, due diligence materials, and marketing collateral; coordinate with Operations, IR, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and PM.
• Build relationships with investment, distribution, consultant, and investor communities to support fundraising objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop due diligence materials (DDQs, RFPs, data rooms, presentations) and respond to inquiries.
• Contribute to product development, launches, vehicle structuring, and cross-functional implementations.
• Coordinate investor and consultant communications on strategy developments and portfolio updates.
• Explain complex information clearly and lead coordination to ensure smooth execution.
