Qualifications

• 3+ years in private markets investing/due diligence or related roles.
• Real Estate investing and underwriting experience required.
• Strong quantitative and corporate finance skills; clear investment conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead diligence workstreams for Real Assets opportunities (primary funds, co-investments, secondaries).
• Build and own underwriting models and analyses, including cash flow, scenarios, risk flags.
• Draft and drive Investment Committee memos and presentations; present recommendations.
• Partner with legal/tax/ops/risk to evaluate terms and structures.
• Own ongoing monitoring with quarterly reviews and KPI tracking.
• Mentor junior team members and improve diligence processes.
