Job summary

Pocketbook Agency's client in Dallas, TX seeks a senior Lifestyle Manager to orchestrate the principal's personal life with flawless execution, hands-on delivery, and elite service standards.

You will oversee travel, residences, events, and proactive planning, building systems, managing a small team, and ensuring discretion and NDA compliance. Based in Dallas with national scope; relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Lifestyle Management or senior EA roles.
• Proven ability to run multi-property, multi-vendor operations at a five-star standard.
• Strong systems orientation with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
• High discretion and NDA compliance; ability to manage external relationships.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end private travel including air, yacht, and first-class arrangements.
• Oversee multiple residences across Texas and beyond with process-building.
• Plan private dinners and host high-profile gatherings with discretion.
• Lead vendor network and manage household staff including a PA and assistants.
• Build systems and checklists to reduce friction and ensure reliability.
