Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Solitude, UT seeks a Seasonal Private Lessons Supervisor to oversee private lessons and guides, plus specialty programs, from October to May. Lead a team of experienced instructors, collaborating with sales and leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.

This full-time seasonal role requires 2+ years teaching full-time in a ski & ride school, strong leadership and communication, PSIA-AASI Level I certification (Level II preferred), and

Qualifications

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.
• Must deliver a premium, service-first lesson experience for guests.
• PSIA-AASI Level I certification required; Level II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing instructor team through coaching and training.
• Manage schedules for instructors and guides.
• Fill in for leaders, teach lessons, and conduct training as needed across the operation.
• Match guests with instructors to optimize the guest experience with sales.
• Oversee Private Lessons and Guides programs to drive loyalty and return business.
