STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the West Chester, Ohio area. You run the sessions, while STXZ handles client acquisition and logistics. Coaches review offers within 24 hours, set schedules with clients at their home, a local field, or a park, and coach on your terms.

You earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate after each session. Payouts occur within 24–48 hours via PayPal, with 1099-NEC issued at year-end if you earn $2,000+ through the platform.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level or playing experience at varsity/college/pro level.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers within 24 hours of receipt.
• Coordinate schedule and location with client and conduct sessions.
• Deliver the coaching session with drills, pacing, and structure as you see fit.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.
• Receive payment per completed session via STXZ platform.
