Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse in Waunakee, Wisconsin is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to join our flexible platform. We provide clients, you coach on your own schedule, choose location, and manage sessions. You review offers and accept or decline with no penalty.

Sessions pay $35–$50 per hour, payout within 24–48 hours via PayPal, 1099-NEC at year end, no minimums, no upfront fees. You supply your own gear; STXZ handles client matching, billing, and liability coverage; independence and professionalism

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions for private lessons via STXZ requests.
• Review client offers and accept or decline with no penalties.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of an offer.
• Run sessions at location agreed with the client.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.
