Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse in Boulder, Colorado is looking for independent lacrosse coaches to meet client requests. STXZ sends you clients, handles the administrative work, and you run the sessions on your own schedule at locations you choose.

You earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate with payout in 24–48 hours via PayPal. You may receive a 1099-NEC at year end if earnings reach thresholds. No quotas, no upfront fees, and coaches set their own travel radius and coaching approach.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Willing to complete a background check arranged by STXZ.

Responsibilities

• Run lacrosse sessions for clients on your own schedule.
• Review client offers and accept or decline without penalties.
• Plan drills and deliver coaching sessions using your own method.
• Submit a brief lesson report after each session.
