STXZ LLC is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to cover private lessons in New Albany, Ohio. Work on your own schedule; we provide clients and handle administration while you coach on your terms.

Coaches control session details, travel radius, and methods. The platform handles payments, offers, and disputes. Expect to earn $35–$50 per one-hour session, paid after each lesson, with payout within 24–48 hours.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth/high school/club level or playing experience at high school/college/pro level.
• 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication with parents, players and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence when working independently with families.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers sent by STXZ.
• Conduct lacrosse sessions at client-selected locations.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
• Set your schedule and travel radius within your own territory.
