STXZ Lacrosse connects independent coaches with families in the Phoenix area, sending you client offers and handling admin work so you can focus on coaching. You choose the sessions, locations, and pacing, and you control your schedule.

Sessions pay $35 to $50 per hour, with payout within 24–48 hours after submission of a lesson briefing. Coaches operate as independent contractors and handle their own taxes and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth/high school/club/college levels preferred.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor.
• Legal authorization to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions for clients in the Phoenix area.
• Coordinate with clients on schedule and location.
• Submit a brief lesson summary after each session.
• Maintain professional standards and safety during coaching.
