STXZ Lacrosse is expanding in Pearl River, New York, and seeks independent coaches to fulfill private lesson requests. You’ll receive clients, set schedules, and coach sessions on your terms within safe, agreed-upon locations. Each session is paid at a per-lesson rate, with prompt PayPal payouts after your briefing.

As an independent coach, you control your territory, approach, and availability. STXZ handles client matching and payments, while you focus on coaching high-quality lacrosse

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level or playing at a high level.
• 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with families, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and ability to work independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions in client locations (homes, fields, parks) on a flexible schedule.
• Review and accept client offers promptly; plan and run sessions using your own drills and style.
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and STXZ; manage travel within your territory.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with platform liability coverage terms.
