Job summary

Daymon is seeking a Product Project Lead to drive private label product development with cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are met within established timelines.

You will proactively communicate with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure objectives are achieved, manage risks, and maintain product status reports via PLM systems. This role requires detail orientation, execution discipline, and effective communication to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years' experience in related field.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have basic computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work with supplier partners and retailer on launching new items, label updates, and reformulations; ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage relationships with supplier partners and retailer; proactively communicate with retailers and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions; advise stakeholders on roadblocks.
• Support business managers on new business development.
• Facilitate product development discussions with senior leadership of supplier partners or retailer.
• PLM system navigation; create product and status reports.
