Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of related product development or merchant experience required.

Ability to develop and execute multi‑year assortment strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing product development timelines and deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM, Gerber, and Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence partners.
