Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, commercialization, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through execution.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization for private label cereal initiatives from concept through launch.
• Manage a portfolio of new product introductions, customer-specific SKUs, product changes, and cost savings.
• Serve as primary commercialization liaison for customers, coordinating requirements, timelines, and updates.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify risks and maintain momentum.
• Coach and develop Commercialization Project Managers and Product Change Managers.
