Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support product R&D across General Mills FFBU, including Kid Cereal and Emerging Brands.
• Design, coordinate, execute and document experiments across benchtop, pilot plant and full-scale manufacturing.
• Learn equipment across multiple technical platforms and perform risk assessments.
• Create product formulations, specifications, and documentation in GMI systems.
• Contribute to pipeline-building activities and accelerate early ideas to life using prototypes.
