Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide premium air transportation with the highest safety standards. The role combines professional airmanship with concierge service for Owners and passengers, requiring adherence to FAA guidelines and NetJets SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 1500 hours total flight time or 1250 hours with university R-ATP
• 1000 hours military pilot or university R-ATP
• 1000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm)
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
• 100 hours night flying or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs/landings
• 75 hours instrument time
• ATP written before indoctrination training
• 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine
• Current FAA First-Class Medical
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
• Valid passport
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction
• Able to work varying hours including days/nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to rest adequately for flight duty
• Up to 14 hours per day for up to 8 days on trip
• Stay away from home for 7+ days
• Secure airport security badges
• Pass TSA background screening
• Read/write/speak English fluently
• Service-oriented with neat appearance and strong passenger interaction
• Excellent oral and written communication under pressure
• Make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation from taxi to landing per FAA and SOPs.
• Greet and brief Owners/passengers, provide weather updates and safety briefings.
• Deliver in-flight service including handling alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as needed.
• Manage flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Report maintenance abnormalities to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
