Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during taxi, take-off and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, brief them on the flight, and provide weather updates and safety briefings.
• Deliver in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering as needed.
• Load and properly stow baggage on aircraft.
• Handle flights for Owners with pets or those who smoke.
• Act as the final authority on aircraft operations and safety.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to landing and post-flight debrief.
• Report maintenance abnormalities to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
