Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a Pilot to deliver superior air transportation with a focus on safety, service, and passenger experience. You will command the aircraft, perform pre-flight briefings, and maintain professional standards for NetJets Owners and guests.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to FAA guidelines, SOPs, and Maintenance Coordination, with extensive travel and long duty periods across time zones. Requires ATP, medical certificate, and global travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1,500 hours total flight time experience.
• 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate.
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification.
• 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
• 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
• 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
• ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
• 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid passport.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction.
• Must be able to work varying hours including day and night; weekends and holidays.
• Must be extremely flexible and adjust to rapid changes.
• Must manage rest for flight duty.
• Duty may last up to 14 hours per day for up to eight days.
• May be away from home for seven or more days; hotels.
• Must secure airport security badges and pass TSA background screening.
• Must travel internationally without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM/AOM/SOPs; brief passengers and provide weather updates.
• Deliver in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage properly on the aircraft.
• Handle flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and safety compliance.
