Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, is seeking a Pilot to provide safe, high-quality air transportation and concierge-level service for NetJets Owners and passengers. The role demands full command of the aircraft, adherence to safety standards, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor on every flight.

The position requires FAA ATP certification, a First Class Medical Certificate, and readiness to work varied hours, including travel and time-zone changes.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate required.
• First Class Medical Certificate required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage securely.
• Conduct flights for Owners with pets or smokers as needed.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations.
• Serve as liaison with Owners/Passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Complete paperwork related to maintenance abnormalities.
• Other duties as assigned.
