Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to own day-to-day back and middle office functions, partnering with the Director of Operations. You will support UHNW clients and endowments, manage NAV ingestion, subscription documents, and performance reporting workflows using Black Diamond and related platforms.

You will also handle client onboarding, custodian interactions, and compliance-related data pulls.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in investment operations at a wealth management or RI A/f irm
• Experience with Black Diamond, Orion, Tamarac or comparable platform
• Familiarity with alternative investment operations (subscription docs, capital calls, LP reporting, K‑1s) and custodian workflows

Responsibilities

• Execute back office workflows: money movement, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions
• Own NAV ingestion and data loading in performance reporting; manage document storage
• Onboard clients and manage account opening operations across custodians; support weekly portfolio reports
• Support middle office trade execution, settlement confirmation, breaks and settlement issues
• Assist compliance operations including document retention, ADV updates, and data pulls
