Who We Are

Presidio Wealth Partners (“Presidio”), an advisory practice of Hightower, provides investment management and advisory services to wealthy individuals and business owners. Presidio manages $2.9 billion of assets on behalf of our clients. We offer an outsourced family office experience that focuses on asset management and customized financial planning. Presidio is composed of 20 full-time employees, including 8 advisors and 12 supporting staff.

Presidio offers investment, financial, and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, along with 401(k) consulting and cash management for corporations. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

What You’ll Do

The Private Investment Specialist reports to the Private Investment Operations Manager and collaborates with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to improve reporting and operational processes within the Private Investment department.

Your primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee the reporting of our alternative investment book in Black Diamond, liaising with the SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors, and Black Diamond.

Additional tasks include:

1. Preparing and distributing client subscription documents
2. Ensuring compliance with submission protocols for subscription documents
3. Working with custodians to process new subscriptions
4. Assisting with re-registration of client positions and accounts as needed
5. Performing other delegated tasks from the Private Investment Operations Manager
