What You’ll Do

The Private Investment Specialist will report to the Private Investment Operations Manager and work closely with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to enhance the reporting and operational responsibilities of the Private Investment department.

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the reporting of our alternative investment book of business in Black Diamond with the SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors and Black Diamond.

Other tasks will include:

1. Preparation and dissemination of client subscription documents
2. Follow compliance protocols with the submission of subscription documents
3. Working with investment custodians to process new subscriptions
4. Assist with the re-registration of client positions and accounts as needed
5. Other tasks as delegated by the Private Investment Operations Manager

8. 2 + years of relevant industry experience.
