As a registered investment advisor (RIA) based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate with the support of Hightower's capital solutions and operational services, empowering independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help clients achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Do

The Private Investment Specialist will report to the Private Investment Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the reporting of our alternative investment book in Black Diamond, liaising with the SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors, and Black Diamond.

Additional tasks include:

• Preparing and disseminating client subscription documents
• Ensuring compliance with submission protocols for subscription documents
• Working with investment custodians to process new subscriptions
• Assisting with re-registration of client positions and accounts as needed
• Performing other delegated duties from the Private Investment Operations Manager
