The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, patient assessment, and collaboration with the administrator to support 90-day and annual staff evaluations within a private home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Florida.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR.
• Minimum one year in hospice, home health, geriatrics, or medical/surgical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services per physician orders.
• Assess patients, develop and oversee care plans.
• Oversee RN/LPN/CNA/Companion staff in private care settings.
• Coordinate with health care team and participate in QA activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate charting.
