Job summary

Qualicare KC Home is seeking a part-time Care Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home care in the Pleasant Hill and Harrisonville areas. You will support clients with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, while delivering compassionate companionship.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, bi-weekly pay with daily option, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to help clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or life experiences.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Ambulation and transporting clients as needed.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans.
