Qualicare KC Care Team is seeking compassionate in-home Care Assistants to provide consistent support for clients, including transfer assistance, housework, and errands. You will help with personal care, meal prep, and companionship, aiming to form steady client relationships and routine.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while respecting client needs and care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in life with caregiving or professionally.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.

All Shifts Needed: Days, Evenings and Overnights Back up and Consistency!

We will need multiple people to help cover, but we want CONSISTENCY throughout. Rotating the same persons for care. Clients generally need transfer assistance, housework, and some errands. Good organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST.
