Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage legal arrangements with external business partners, including sponsors and service providers.
• Draft, review, and update offering documents, governing agreements, subscription materials, and other fund-related documents.
• Provide legal analysis and advice related to launch, distribution, and operation of investment products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on corporate, regulatory, and investment matters affecting private funds.
