Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fund formation matters.
• JD required; AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with partners, lawyers, clients, staff, and third parties.
• Draft and negotiate fund documents, investor side letters, and coordinate closings.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide timely, well-reasoned work product.
• Travel as required to client meetings or events.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
