Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Funds Associate for its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and securities background with specific experience advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle.

Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred. Requirements include a JD degree and an active bar license in the relevant state, with strong academic credentials and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and investors at all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
• Handle multiple projects under pressure.
