Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ultra-high net worth individuals in high-touch service.
• Experience in private aviation sector and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics of domestic and international client trips.
• Prepare itineraries including airports, FBO coordination and transportation.
• Handle high volume email with timely acknowledgments.
• Answer phone calls and assist crews, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Collaborate with crew, maintenance, and operations to execute flights within regulations.
• Provide high-touch professional customer service with proper etiquette.
• Assign crewmembers to trips per FAA regulations and client requirements.
• Manage scheduling challenges including crew and contingencies.
