Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CFP strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in a family office/private wealth or similar role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive personal financial plan and liquidity models.
• Prepare periodic personal financial statements and reports for reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date records for personal accounts and entities using QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with CPAs and tax advisors on filings and estimated payments.
• Oversee insurance programs and manage broker relationships.
• Support trust and estate administration and documentation.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity optimization, and banking relationships.
