City Winery St. Louis is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with inbound calls, email management, and lead rotation. The role covers event support, BEO preparation, calendar coordination, and daily prospecting to promote private events.

You will collaborate with Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, and FOH managers to ensure successful events, while maintaining strong client communication throughout the sales lifecycle.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the event sales industry and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills, with polished personal presentation.
• Must be detail oriented with strength in time management and organization.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage in a high-volume environment.
• Communicates professionally with clients, in writing and verbally.
• Answer phones and emails, calendar organization, and menu maintenance for the Pittsburgh Sales Team.
• Daily prospecting including 20 emails and networking events to promote private events.
• Prepare for BEO meetings by reviewing events two weeks out and detailing each BEO.
• On event day, serve as designated point of contact with Sales Manager/Director and oversee set-up and vendor load-in.
• Coordinate rentals, COIs with vendors, and inter-department communication.
• Participate in weekly Programming and Marketing team meetings.
