Job summary

Legends Global is hiring an Event Coordinator for Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square. Based in New Orleans, you will own private events from handoff to execution, coordinating staff, vendors, decor, and client communications to ensure seamless experiences.

You’ll develop event cost estimates, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the Sales team to maximize revenue while upholding Legends Global standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus 2–3 years in facilities/events is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage events within Legends Global facilities.
• Create and maintain event documents: staffing, work orders, cost estimates, and information sheets.
• Coordinate pre-con meetings and liaise with clients and vendors.
• Supervise staffing and coordinate with staffing dept for proper coverage.
• Manage vendor logistics and FF&E requirements for events.
• Oversee move-in/move-out and end-to-end event execution.
• Maintain CRM records and produce accurate event cost estimates for proposals.
