Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead operations for Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee service standards, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional experiences during events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of outstanding Guest Services and adherence to standards.
• Train and model guest service standards for staff and ensure accountability.
• Assist in interviewing, coaching, and development of team members.
• Analyze quality issues and implement training to improve results.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to planning and improvement initiatives.
• Aim to meet customer service objectives and drive guest satisfaction.
