Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Private Events Coordinator in New Orleans to oversee the planning and execution of private events at the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control events within the facilities as assigned.
• Create and update staffing, cost estimates, and event documents.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Lead pre-con meetings and participate in major event discussions.
• Supervise staffing and coordinate with departments to ensure readiness and compliance.
