You will work under the Director of Events and partner with clients to understand needs and ensure each event is delivered with excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative tasks or sales preferred.
• Customer service oriented with guest satisfaction focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic math skills for figures and percentages.
• Social media literacy, including familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Warmly acknowledge, greet, and thank all members and guests.
• Manage administrative tasks including drafting, revising, and distributing event agreements and banquet event orders (BEOs), as well as processing deposits and payments.
• Support marketing and sales efforts by maintaining the contact database, responding to leads, scheduling site tours, and assisting with outreach.
• Coordinate event logistics by communicating with internal departments to ensure course and facility readiness.
• Maintain high customer service standards during events by monitoring food and beverage operations and offering assistance when needed.
• Build strong relationships with event hosts by addressing questions, resolving concerns, attending events, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Escalate grievances to the Director of Event Sales or Event Manager as appropriate.
• Support all American Golf initiatives and programs as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
