Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Manager to oversee daily dining and event service operations at our Anaheim venues. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure service and safety standards, and partner with culinary and leadership staff to drive guest experiences and revenue.

The role requires at least 5 years in hospitality or F&B, 2 years in leadership, and compliance with alcohol-service laws.

Qualifications

• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol; applicable state certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality or food & beverage service experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in hospitality, golf, or service environment
• Proven ability to resolve guest concerns and deliver high-level customer service
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room and event service operations, ensuring setup and service standards
• Lead and direct service staff with uniform standards and readiness
• Create and manage shift sheets and staffing plans
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate reservations and event details
• Coordinate service flow with culinary teams for events
• Manage bar operations and Banquet Bar Control records
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of service staff
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to improve profitability
• Maintain labor and payroll reporting with punch audits
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Support company initiatives and operational directives
• Assist with service during peak periods as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
