Hard Truth Distilling Company is looking for outgoing, professional, and service-oriented individuals to become our next Private Event Bartenders and Servers. Here’s what you need to know:

• Position: Private Event Bartender or Server (Your chance to shine!)
• Reports to: Senior Event Hospitality Manager
• Location: Hard Truth Distilling Company – Nashville, Indiana
• Job Type: Part-time, event-based

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service at private events such as weddings, corporate events, tastings, and dinners
• Delivering food and drinks with a smile, ensuring smooth operations
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless events
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe event space
• Communicating effectively with guests and team members
• Assisting with setup and breakdown of event spaces

Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol and able to obtain an Indiana Alcohol Permit
• Availability on weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependability, professionalism, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Compensation:

• Tips at tipped events, earning $2.13/hr plus tips
• Non-tipped events pay $15/hr
